According to our distinctive tradition we are glad to present the System pressfittings range BQ PRESS in copper an bronze projected to meet the needs of several field of use as for example sanitary water, heating, industrial plants, compressed air, naval arms, solar system, hydrocarbon and gas ( with specific oring).
The range is divided in three main series depending on the O-ring inside the fitting:
Serias Water ( loss of control if not pressed )
Serias Gas,
Serias Solar.
Dimensions from 12 to 54 have to be pressed with V profile tools
The bronze threaded pressfittings are manufactured with a special alloy with low lead content according to the most stringent environmental regulations,suitable for installations in hot water and drinking water. The special bronze alloyhas a particular malleability and is free from stress corrosion cracking phenomenaand dezincification
Copper fittings pressfittings are manufactured according to EN 1254-1 with 99.90% copper. A special internal cleansing treatment provides a surfacefree of carbon residues and / or other materials, lubricants, making the systemhygienically suitable for installations in hot water and drinking water. The propertiesof copper have been widely recognized by the various "institutes of Copper" asantibacterial material against Alzheimer Legionella.
